    Reader Questions
  • Q: Where can I get the Olympus E-P1 PDF file that generated a stir on the net and the forums?
  • Answer: At the request of Olympus the various websites that posted it took it down. So your best chance is to find someone you know that may have it.

  • Q: What's the difference between the Fuji Finepix A820 and the A825?
  • Answer: The A825 is just a different name for the A820. Fuji does this when they make cameras for specific retailers in specific countries. For example in the UK, to A825 is exclusive to Comet according to Fuji's website. You can also compare its stats with the A820, both pages from Fuji UK.

  • Q: When will the Panasonic FZ60 or LX3 be launched?
  • Answer: Your guess is as good as mine. And that's assuming that they will make such models. The latest chatter from Panasonic points to models "slotted in" such as the Panasonic FX100 that was just recently announced. Actually, at least in the US, the fuji a825 and the a820 are similar but not identical cameras.
One difference... the a825 has a 4x optical zoom and the a820 has a 3x optical zoom.
    Other differences ??
    Don't know...

Indeed too many models to confuse us! It took me a handful of minutes going through the Fuji.UK site to sort them all out. They could have easily called the A825 "A820 blue" and the F47fd "F45fd blue". But I guess that would have made too much sense :)

I haven't found any reviews of the A900/A825 from the top dozen or so review sites. I haven't checked magazine reviews though.
