Troubles viewing this blog?

This blog is optimized for Firefox/Mozilla and 1280 pixel wide screens. Not just widescreen displays but also 4:3 monitors that can have a resolution of 1280 wide. Height of course it's not an issue, you can just scroll down or page down. This page is ideally viewed on Firefox, Netscape and Opera. It is also okay with Internet Explorer and Avant.

I will be trying to make viewing this page less painful at 1024 wide resolutions, but I'm not an expert at this type of thing so please don't expect miracles. I am sorry but there's not much I can do to help people with 800x600 resolutions - short of cutting the blog width almost in half.

Common Problems and Solutions
1. The Polls say "Oops we are temporarily down". Please give them a few minutes or a couple of hours and they should be back. Unfortunately I have no control over them.
2. I have trouble with the three columns, sometimes the third column is empty. This probably means your font size is too big for the template to display properly. Please try to make your fonts a bit smaller, using your browser's menus or the shortcut CTRL and "-" (minus, not underscore) on Mozilla/Firefox. To make the fonts bigger, try CTRL and "+".

Any other questions or issues, please leave them as a comment, or send an email to 1001noisycameras [at] gmail [dot] com.

Every time I load your page -- in Safari -- it locks up for a few seconds, then an alert says a Flash script is running slow and would I like to abort. Then everything is okay.
