Sigma SD14 and Olympus E330 specials (Cameta on Amazon)

We interrupt our regular programming with two DSLR price-drop alerts from Cameta Cameras on Amazon!

First up, the Foveonesque Sigma SD14 is offered with the Sigma 18-200 DC OS lens for $950. Why is this a deal? Because the lens alone is priced at around $500, and this "values" the SD14 DSLR body at around $450. $450 you say? A quick look at B&H and Adorama shows the SD14 body only there priced at around $1140. That's a Foveonesque 3X discount!

The body only is offered by Cameta on Amazon for $700, but at the time of writing there were only four left in-stock.

Expect discussions of this on the dpreview Sigma SLR Talk Radio to pick up.

We have about ten reviews of the Sigma SD14 listed in our DSLR Review Matrix.

Meanwhile the Olympus E330, body only is offered at $330. We don't have any reviews of the Olympus E330 in the DSLR Review Matrix as we are adding reviews in reverse chronological order and we are still somewhere between the 2006 and 2007 model year. But a quick google search can pick up a few reviews.
