We have a pre-order alert! The much anticipated Nikon 16-85 AF-S DX VR lens, which we rumored about (yes, we create new words on the fly) is available for pre-ordering, for a reasonable price of $650 at Amazon. This is a versatile lens as you can see from the specs, and the VR is always a plus.
The 16-85 is also available for pre-ordering at Adorama for $680.
